1.Trainer
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare training Program and develop training modules for agents
  • Deliver knowledge and practical training in classroom or workplace
  • Monitor report training effectiveness to ensure agents performance
  • Monitor report productivity analysis as part of comprehensive training evaluation
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, max 35 years old
  • Min. S1 Degree, any discipline
  • Min. 2 years of working experience as Trainer in Life Insurance company
  • Have experience in developing training module & material
  • Well-presented and possess strong communication skills and high self confidence
  • Willing to travel to sales office
  • Willing to be placed out of Jakarta
2.Legal Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare legal drafting, review and handles operating contracts
  • Work with representatives from various departments on developing and modifying practices and procedures to conform with legal requirements
  • Provide advice and counsel on a variety of legal matters or problems involving the company
  • Represent the company in certain litigation
  • Advise on policy holder complaint and claims legal matters
  • Coordinate with outside attorneys to define, implement and monitor the litigation strategy and the strength of legal position
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, max. 35 years old
  • Min. S1 Degree in Law from reputable university 
  • Min. 3 years of working experience as Legal Manager preferable in Insurance Company
  • Possess strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Possess strong leadership and communication skills 
  • Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
3.Actuary Staff
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze statistical data, such as mortality, accident, sickness, disability, and retirement rates
  • Construct probability tables to forecast risk and liability for payment of future benefits
  • Price monitoring using historical data and statistical models to build a profitable portfolio and allows for better planning and results
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, max 30 years old
  • Min. S1 Degree, any discipline
  • Min. 3 years of working experience as actuary staff in Life Insurance Company
  • Able to handle Product Pricing Individual 
  • Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
4.Medical Advisor
Responsibilities:
  • Risk Assessment of individual and group life insurances applications
  • Ensure compliance to company underwriting practices, guidelines, product rules and approval limits
  • Underwrite medical and non-medical cases, maintain medical expense report and review claim cases.
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, max 35 years old
  • Min. S1 Degree in Medical from reputable university
  • Min. 2 years of working experience as medical underwriting in Life Insurance company
  • Computer literate (MS. Excel & Office is a must)
  • Excellent in English
  • Detail oriented and possess strong analytical thinking
  • Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
5.Hotline Service Staff
Responsibilities:
  • Provide information to customer about insurance benefits by phone
  • Handle customer’s complaint in order to clarify and understand customer needs
  • Handle call from hospital or clinic provider about insurance participant
  • Coordinate with Claim department about report complaints
  • Work as a team and ensure that the hotline centre service level is met
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, max. 27 years old
  • Min. Diploma Degree preferably in Nursing, Pharmacy or Public Health from reputable university 
  • Computer literate, especially MS. Office is a must
  • Communicative and excellent problem solving skills in handling complaint 
  • Able to work in shifting schedule
  • Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
6.Project Management Officer (PMO)
Responsibilities:
  • Provide a framework to establish standard performance measures based on organizational goals and objectives
  • Provide training in project management team and applied project tools to team members
  • Ensure project management standard are followed
  • Manage project budget and resource allocation
  • Manage people and source are involved on project
  • Present reports defining plans, problems and resolutions to appropriate levels of management
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, max. 35 years old
  • Min. S1 Degree, any discipline
  • Min. 3 years of working experience in Project Management Office preferable in Life Insurance company
  • Possess Six Sigma Certification, preferably Black Belt
  • Possess strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Target oriented and possess strong leadership skills
7.Compliance Staff
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing, implementing and managing a comprehensive compliance
  • Identify Compliance & Legal issues in the Company to prevent Company from breaching the prevailing regulations
  • Liaise with Minister of Finance and other related government institution in connection with company business operations 
  • Investigate people related to company case
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in any major, preferably in Economy or Law
  • Min. 2 years experience in compliance/risk management, preferably in Life Insurance company
  • Detail-oriented  and have a strong analytical thinking
  • Computer literate (MS. Excel & Office is a must)
  • Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
8.Internal Audit (IA)
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage audit assignment to accomplish Annual Audit Plan
  • Ensure that detailed audit work is effectively focused on major risk and other essential areas
  • Ensure that company employees are adhering to and following the safely and security guide lines established by management
  • Evaluate an organization's internal controls, processes, policies and mechanisms to ensure that they are adequate, effective and in compliance with regulatory principles and corporate guidelines
  • Prepare written audit reports and  recommendations to improve the efficiency in its operation
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, max 30 years old
  • Min. S1 Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Min. 3 years of working experience as Internal Audit in Life Insurance company
  • Experience in KAP (handling insurance company) is an advantageDetail-oriented  and have a strong analytical thinking
  • Computer literate, especially MS. Excel is a must
  • Able to work  under pressure as a team or individual
